A Simple but Delicious Stir Fry Beef with Noodles

Stir fry beef with noodles is a sure winner whenever you want to cook a quick meal after a long day. Follow me. Take out that piece of beef from the freezer, thaw it out and put some noodles to boil as you read on….Ok, so your pot is on the stove and your pack of noodles is on the counter. Let's go …….

Stir fry beef with noodles the quick fix

Stir fry beef with noodles is a really tasty dish that you can make in a jiffy, especially when you're tired and don't feel like cooking as I have experienced lately. A little more and this dish almost cooks itself lol!! The prep time isn't that long and cooking the beef takes only a few minutes.

This beef recipe is quickly becoming one of my favourite “fas' cook” dishes together with the legendary “Corned Beef and Macaroni” because of its simplicity vs taste ratio component…Simplicity vs taste ratio? What's that?

Let me explain this ratio thing that I've come up with. I'm always reading recipe books …In fact anything with a recipe on it I'm sure to read it! Some books attempt to equate cooking difficulty with the dish's cooking time and or deliciousness so I thought why not have some sort of ratio?

This noodles dish that I'm doing today is simple and uses very little ingredients yet it is very tasty. So I would say this dish has a ratio of 1:1 and to me a 1:1 ratio is the ideal. You don't have to do much cooking yet you have a star of a meal everyone will be talking about….Well, that's just my way of making sense of it all. I'm sure someone could add to the idea lol!!

So, are you ready?

By now the noodles would have been good to drain under some cold water and the beef thawed a bit to start slicing thinly. Just follow the pictures and you'll be on your way to a splendid meal 🙂
