Smart Grocery List
Plan the shop from published STC recipes, everyday groceries and household supplies.
Add recipes
Only identical ingredient names with the same compatible unit are combined. Ranges, text quantities and different units stay separate.
Add an item
Add a recipe or a general shopping item to begin.
Your list stays in this browser's local storage. It is not sent to Simply Trini Cooking and may be lost if browser data is cleared or private browsing ends.
Keep the source recipe clear
Recipe quantities and links come from the published STC catalogue. This list does not replace recipe instructions.

How to use this tool
Add one or more published recipes, set a target serving count when it is useful, and add ordinary shopping items in the general shopping panel. Build the combined list when the recipe selections are ready. The list can be filtered, copied, shared through the browser, or printed. Items stay in this browser’s local storage, so clear browser data, private browsing, or a different device may remove the list. Keep the recipe open while shopping to confirm package sizes and preparation details.
Method and practical checks
Recipe ingredients are combined only when the ingredient identity and compatible unit match. Ranges, descriptive quantities, different units, and text amounts remain separate so the list does not pretend that an uncertain source can be made exact. Manual items can carry a category, amount, unit, and note. The list is an organization tool, not an inventory system or a substitute for checking what is already in your kitchen. Review allergens, substitutions, cold-chain needs, and the original recipe before buying or cooking.
Use the notes field for details that should not be lost during shopping, such as a preferred package form or a recipe-specific preparation. Do not use the list as a record of medical restrictions without checking the actual label and recipe. Refrigerated and frozen items need an appropriate shopping and storage plan, and a checkbox does not confirm that an item is safe or suitable. If you share or print the list, review it for personal notes before giving it to someone else.
