The No. 1 Healthy Cereal Mix

Sometimes I have a hard time deciding which box of cereal to buy.   There are so many different brands and types.  Also, I have an added difficulty selecting a box that does not contain high  fructose corn syrup, excessive amounts of sugar, colouring and preservatives.  It is definitely not an easy task.  It can be quite tiresome.  So I always end up taking the same cereal after searching the shelf three times for another type.  This task is suppose to be simple, but it never easy when you are want variety.

I finally made it simple by making my own cereal mix.  The ingredients can be bought in any supermarket and combined and stored in a sealed Ziploc bag or container in the refrigerator.  The choice of ingredients will also depends on your taste and preferences.  You can also vary the ingredients at each mix.  The ingredients include an assortment of dried fruits, seeds and nuts.  It is my natural option in place of the many commercial brands out there.

Now, it is quite easy to make your own tasty mix without unnatural additives.  I also guarantee that you will certainly love making your own all the time.  This cereal mix is quite filling, tasty and nutritious.
