Ingredients

rolled or steel cut

dried fruits
I included equal amounts of raisins, dates and cranberries

– 1 ½ cup nuts
such as almond, walnuts, pecans, cashew nuts and hazel nuts, chopped

pumpkin seeds

sunflower seeds

flax seed meal or flax seeds blended until fine

sesame seed
may be blended until fine
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together and store in a sealed plastic bag or container. Refrigerate.
