How to use this tool

In Personal Wheel, add two to eight dishes that you are willing to cook, or use Fill My Pot to start with a set of entries. In Trini Favourites, choose a category and review the available dishes before spinning. The wheel selects from the active entries; it does not rank recipes by nutrition, availability, time, or preference. A recipe link appears when the selected dish has a matching published STC recipe, while other dishes can be searched or handled as your own cooking ideas.

Method and practical checks

Your personal dish names are kept in this browser and are not sent to STC or included in analytics. The wheel uses the active list and a random selection for the spin. Remove dishes that are unavailable, unsuitable, or no longer desired before spinning. Check the linked recipe for ingredients, timing, allergies, and food-safety directions. If no exact recipe is available, treat the result as a suggestion rather than a claim that the dish has a published STC method.

A short personal list makes the result easier to act on, but the tool does not know whether a dish is affordable, available, or appropriate for the time you have. Use the result to start a cooking decision, then check the ingredients and method. The favourites list is a curated set of dish names and links, not a complete account of Caribbean food. When a name has no exact recipe link, keep the distinction clear and search the site or use your own trusted method.
