Coconut Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut cream (see recipe below)
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • Begin by whipping the coconut cream in a large mixing bowl until it becomes light and fluffy.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the sugar, vanilla extract, and salt, mixing until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Gently fold the sweetened mixture into the whipped coconut cream, being careful not to deflate it. Once combined, pour the mousse into individual serving dishes or a large bowl.
  • Refrigerate for at least two hours to allow it to set properly.
  • For an added touch, consider garnishing the mousse with toasted coconut flakes, fresh fruit, or a drizzle of chocolate sauce before serving.
