Sardine Choka

Ingredients

  • 1 tin sardine in brine drained
  • 1 to mato chopped
  • 2 slices of onion Chopped
  • 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Using the back of a fork crush the sardine and add the onion, the tomatoes and the salt. Mix the ingredients. Add pepper to taste and mix one last time

Notes

As an optional step you may remove the soft bones from the sardines before crushing.
