Pommecythere Chutney

Ingredients

  • 3 green pommecythere Golden Apple
  • 7 leaves chadon beni chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic chopped
  • Salt to taste about ΒΌ tsp.
  • Pepper to taste about 1 tsp.

Instructions

  • Wash, peel and dice the pommecythere. Add the chopped chadon beni, garlic, salt and pepper. Blend finely in a blender.
  • Store in a clean container or bottle. Refrigerate.
  • Serve with pholourie, baiganee etc.
