- 3 green pommecythere Golden Apple
- 7 leaves chadon beni chopped
- 3 cloves garlic chopped
- Salt to taste about ¼ tsp.
- Pepper to taste about 1 tsp.
Wash, peel and dice the pommecythere. Add the chopped chadon beni, garlic, salt and pepper. Blend finely in a blender.
Store in a clean container or bottle. Refrigerate.
Serve with pholourie, baiganee etc.
