Rum and Raisin Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cup ripe banana chopped and frozen
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon almond essence
  • ½ teaspoon coconut essence
  • 9 tablespoon condensed milk or cream/ plain or flavored yogurt
  • 6 tablespoon rum
  • 1 ¼ cup raisins

Instructions

  • Soak the raisins in the rum overnight. Wrap and freeze the banana in plastic wrap. Unwrap frozen banana and place in a food processor or blender along with the other ingredients (except the raisins). Blend until smooth. Add the raisins and blend to chop. Freeze. Serve frozen.
