Ingredients

  • 5 cups iceberg lettuce
  • 2 ½ cups diced cucumber
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 1 ½ cups grated beet
  • 1 cup carrots julienne
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  • Lightly saute the broccoli in the coconut oil.
  • Add all the ingredients into a large bowl and toss.
