  • 1 cup cabbage finely shredded
  • 1 small carrots finely shredded
  • 2 tsp. mayonnaise low calorie
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • Black pepper to taste


  • Wash the cabbage and peel the carrots. Finely shred the cabbage and carrots.
  • Mix the cabbage with the rest of the ingredients. Serve with your favourite rice dish
