Sift the flour. Mix flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
Mix the mango puree, sugar and butter.
Beat the egg.
Add lime rind and vanilla.
Mix the beaten eggs and mango mixture.
Then combine all ingredients together.
Mix well and pour into prepared 9″x11″ pan and let sit for 10 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes.
Frost with a cream cheese frosting.
To make the cream cheese frosting blend together ¼ cup of butter, 1 cup cream cheese and about 2 cups icing sugar.
