Corned Beef and Cabbage II

Ingredients

  • 1 tin corned beef 340g
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 small tomato chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 pimento chopped
  • 1 small cabbage shredded
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon golden ray margarine
  • 2 tablespoon ketchup optional
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Shred and wash the cabbage.
  • Heat the oil over medium heat and saute the onion, tomato and garlic. Saute until the onion looks translucent.
  • Add the cabbage and pimento. Saute for 2 minutes. Then add the corned beef and golden ray margarine.
  • Cook for 2 minutes. Mix thoroughly and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
