Banana Almond Shake
This is a very filling milk shake.

- 4 cups almond milk
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 3-4 ripe bananas frozen
- 2 tbsp. flaxseed meal
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- ½ tsp. almond extract or vanilla extract optional
- ½ tsp. Angostura bitters optional
- sweeten with honey and sprinkle a little of cinnamon if desired
Prepare the ingredients for the shake.
Add the flaxseed meal to the milk, then add the banana, yogurt, and extract and bitters
Blend and finally add the balance of ingredients. Blend until smooth. Sweeten to your liking.
You may add ice to the shake if you want it colder. Refrigerate.
