STC is looking for three readers who have been most inspired by our recipes. You can nominate yourself or someone you know. Tell us how you/your friend/ your family member was inspired by our recipes. Share ONE of your inspired recipes with us and win a Trini Spice Kit from STC. The specific rules are as follows:
Submit only ONE original photo of the dish on a table. Make sure the photo is your own and not sourced from the web. Please ensure your photos are clean and sharp and properly focused.
Include the recipe name, ingredients, measurements and directions. It must be clearly explained. Tell us what you did differently.
Include your NAME, ADDRESS, EMAIL and PHONE NUMBER.
Please submit your photo and recipe to [email protected] with the subject Contest or you can use the contact page. The deadline is November 30th, 2013 at midnight. All successful entries will be showcased on STC, so this is your chance to show us and the world what you can do.
What’s in this “Trini Spice Kit“? Well, some very basic ingredients that can help you cook some your favourite Trini meals and add some cheer to your Christmas (2013) where ever you are.
Here is a list of what is in the Kit:
1 pk. whole spice
1 pk aniseed
1 pk.whole nutmeg
1 pk duck/goat curry
1 pk. amchar massala
1 pk mauby bark
1 pk. seamoss
1 pk. dried sorrel
1 pk. bay leaves
Three lucky winners will be selected and their entries will be featured on the site and on Compere Magazine by December 5th.
By submitting your recipe, you are giving us permission to publish it on our website and magazine along with your first name and the country you are from. All entries must meet the requirements as stated above, or it will be disqualified.
