Submission Rules
1. Complete all required fields.
2. Make use of the "Notes" box. It would also be nice to hear your inspiration, thoughts, ideas, innovations and comments about the recipe you are submitting.
3. Please use the name you are comfortable with, as this will be included in the recipe post.
4. Recipes must be accompanied with a photo. Pictures must be original, clear and of good quality. No phone pics, please.
5. Upload a 300 x 250 px image if possible; if not the image will be resized to those dimensions.
6. If you are unsure of what category to place your recipe, please check the menu.
7. Every recipe will be manually reviewed for content and quality, and our judgment will be final. If your recipe is published, you'll receive a confirmation email within 24-48 hours.
8. Please include Caribbean inspired recipes only. If you do have an international dish that you have done a Caribbean twist to, I may consider it as well.
Before you post don't forget to read the agreement below. Submission indicates that you have read and agreed with the terms.

Your submission to this site must be original and created by you (not copied), in good taste, legal, accurate and true, non-defamatory, non-threatening, non-confidential, non-infringing of copyrights owned by others and relevant for this site.Please do not enter HTML (it will be converted to text) or ALL CAPS (they will be converted to lower case).
Unless the invitation for submissions on this web page specifically states, permits, or requests otherwise, your submission should be non-commercial/non-promotional in nature and should not contain commercial web addresses, e-mail addresses or phone numbers.
simplytrinicooking.com reserves the right to reject your submission, or to edit/delete any parts of it that violate this Agreement. simplytrinicooking.com may also edit to improve clarity (ex., typos).
I certify that I have the right to submit the text and photo(s) that I am submitting. My submission signifies agreement to the above and that I agree to grant to simplytrinicooking.com an exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, transferable, perpetual license to publicly display my submission on simplytrinicooking.com. Submission of photo(s) or other image(s) is on a non-exclusive basis. I grant simplytrinicooking.com the right to pursue anyone who copies my submission.
