Over the years these food photos have brought joy to many a visitor: from the foodie exploring Trini cuisine and culture to the ordinary home cook. I myself have great difficulty going through them without getting hungry, sometimes to the point of almost salivating. My taste memory kicks in and I'm actually tasting some of these dishes as I peruse. I'm sure most of you Trinis would understand what I mean. You know, like the photos of the

buss up shut, ....OK! I should stop, just mentioning these Trini food is making me hungry :-)
