I love muffins! I have tried them in many ways. They are so easy to make and can be adjusted to suit your own tastes. There are plain muffins, coconut muffins, bran muffins, cornmeal muffins, orange muffins, raisin muffins, and carrot & cheese muffins. They can be topped with sugar, raisins, etc. This recipe is an oat and bran muffins - an excellent choice for getting fiber in your diet.
