Well it's been a long time, I must say, so I have some explaining to do. Here goes... Since the last post on the river lime I’ve been very busy, or should I say "kept very busy". First of all my computer crashed so I had to take some time to fix it, luckily none of my files were corrupted.
After that episode, I had "End of Semester" exams; that could be a story all by itself but all in all I survived. I can finally breathe a sigh of relief; the computer got fixed and all the "Buss brains" for exams has stopped.
I'm on break now so I have some time to continue with the posting of more recipes and other fun things that make up life here in Trinidad and Tobago. Of course I wasn't lazing around; I still got to squeeze in some time, in between my studies, to get content for the blog. It would be nice to get some suggestions from you the reader on what you would like to see on the blog.
Anyhow, I have lots in store in the coming days so, until then, straight ahead.
