That's true. We Trinis always take things for granted and it's only we're "outside", we realise what a treasure we have in our trini food and culture. Thanks for the comment and I will continue the good work.

Seasons Greetings to you and yours!
I just wanted to say how wonderful I think your site is. It's a favorite of mine and I consult it frequently whenever attempting new dishes or when in search of something different. I had a request that I wish I put to you earlier since Christmas is already upon us, but I was wondering if you would be willing to share your Christmas menu with us and perhaps the recipes if they're not already on your page.
Bravo again for the great site! -

I love your website!! My parents are from T & T (I was born in New York) and since I have moved out on my own (and down south) I have really missed all the Trini foods that I grew up on. Seeing all my favorite Trini dishes on this website really brought me back home. Thank you so much for providing these recipes. Now I can cook them myself!!

I am so glad I found this website it is defiantly a bookmarked page on my computer. My parents are Guyanese (I was born in Canada), my fiancé is Trinidadian (He too born here in Canada). Although our foods (which we grew up eating) are similar; with the help of your site I can cook up a bit of the Trini-style foods as well…Thanks a million from both of us :)
